Responsibilities

At WalkMe, now part of SAP, we’re revolutionizing how businesses interact with technology. We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Field Marketing professional (f/m/d) to drive marketing strategy and demand generation in the MEE Region — an essential growth market for our business. This critical role will shape and execute integrated marketing efforts to align with global priorities and empower the regional sales team to exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional (MEE) sales leadership to develop localized marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Create, execute, and measure demand generation programs leveraging global campaigns and regional insights.
  • Plan and manage events, co-marketing activities with SAP market units, and campaigns to deliver leads and optimize the customer experience.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to align on regional paid media, PR, social campaigns, partner marketing, and website content requirements.
  • Track and report ROI on regional programs and marketing sourced/influenced pipeline, ensuring effective budget management.
  • Support sales enablement through communication tools, materials, and follow-up strategies.
