Il assure le diagnostic et la résolution de problèmes sur site, en apportant un support technique fiable et un dépannage efficace. Des responsabilités supplémentaires liées à la réalisation technique de petites interventions, aux interventions facturées au temps passé et aux matériaux utilisés, ainsi qu'à la maintenance préventive, peuvent également être confiées. Les systèmes concernés couvrent plusieurs domaines : CVC, contrôle domotique et infrastructures informatiques associées. L’objectif principal est de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la fiabilité des systèmes installés chez nos clients.
