This role serves as a technical leader in the field — driving network performance, leading outage resolution efforts, and mentoring the next generation of technicians in both technical expertise and operational excellence. The Sr. Field Technician provides advanced support across radio access networks, backhaul, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, ensuring our network remains resilient and customer-ready. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical direction and support to improve network performance and resolve outages within and beyond the immediate team Lead key projects and initiatives, guiding junior technicians and reporting progress and challenges effectively Identify and develop process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities, recommending implementation to management Create training materials and facilitate training sessions to maintain and enhance team technical skills and knowledge Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) 4-7 years - Experience in Field Operations and Maintenance, with a proven track record of success. 4-7 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.
