Job Summary of the Sr. Finance Business Partner The Sr. Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the FP&A and BI team and the Marketing organization. This role will provide strategic financial guidance, performance insights, and analytical support to drive data-informed decisions across brand strategy, campaign effectiveness, and commercial planning. Requirements of the Sr. Finance Business Partner Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or strategic finance, preferably supporting Marketing or Commercial functions. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. Experience in life sciences, medical device, or healthcare industry is a plus. Responsibilities of the Sr. Finance Business Partner The specific duties of the Sr. Finance Business Partner include but are not limited to: Partner with Marketing leadership and FP&A and BI team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic objectives. Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance dashboards for marketing initiatives. Partner with FP&A on monthly business reviews and variance analyses, translating financial results into strategic recommendations. Prepares valuation models and monthly key performance indicators. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, FP&A and BI Analysts to ensure alignment on KPIs and business drivers. Support product launches and market development strategies with scenario planning and investment analysis. Develop and maintain marketing spend tracking tools and ensure compliance with financial policies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial and analytical workflows. Ad hoc reporting as needed.
