Manage the Franchise P&L - Take charge of financial oversight for all D&D physical and digital product offerings. Deliver clear reporting, establish accountability measures, and offer valuable insights on business performance factors. Evaluate opportunities, monitor performance, and ensure alignment to goals while adapting to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. A generalist approach, capable of providing strategic value across various business models. Substantial expertise in financial management within video game studios, covering forecasting, budget management, tracking milestone progress, and supporting diverse business models. Demonstrated skill in collaborating with production, development, publishing, and interdisciplinary teams to influence decision-making and enhance business results. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive narrative abilities, capable of translating intricate outcomes into practical insights for decision-makers. Strong communication and influencing abilities when interacting with senior executives and collaborators, including creative and technical leaders. Demonstrated experience owning full P&L accountability, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses at a senior leadership level. Track record of driving process improvements, financial systems optimization, and reporting automation to increase efficiency and clarity. Leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience developing finance talent and encouraging collaborative, successful teams. Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, or equivalent ERP and planning systems preferred.
