POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Finance Manager to join the Transplant Diagnostics (TDX) division. This role is ideally suited for a finance professional who thrives in a data-driven environment and is energized by delivering high-impact financial reporting to support executive decision-making.
This is not a traditional strategic finance role—it is reporting-intensive, requiring strong execution in preparing and managing core financial deliverables such as corporate reporting packages, monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual operating plan (AOP) and ad-hoc reporting requests. Candidates who find satisfaction in turning complex data into clear business insights, and who have a passion for structured reporting and performance measurements, will thrive in this position.
Behavioral preferences: You enjoy structured tasks, detailed data work, and find satisfaction in timely, accurate execution of financial results. You believe in and demand accountability and value consistency and process, and are comfortable in a role with limited ambiguity but high accountability.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in management and mentorship to lead, coach, and guide their team while being capable of completing tasks as needed.
  • 5+ years of finance experience that includes planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling; experience as finance partner in a manufacturing environment a plus.
