Description

Develop and coordinate financial statements and processes including annual budget and monthly close and forecast cycles including adherence to financial controls. Prepare and provide accurate and timely monthly financial reports including detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances, trends and path to successful forward-looking execution. Manage and track key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, indirect expenses, etc. Develop plan and drive countermeasures in partnership with leadership to achieve results. Provide financial support in the development of capital investments, new business opportunities and other projects. Provide advice, mentorship, and support on all financial matters to the company leaders. Proven success in leading a highly matrixed and complex financial structure. Experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management. Demonstrated experience being a change agent, embracing technology solutions for efficiency and accuracy. Build partnerships with business functions, providing timely information through effective communication and fostering trust. Advanced data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills Working knowledge of government accounting preferred. Supply chain experience preferred. BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
