As the Sr. Finance Operations Manager/Finance Operations Director, you’ll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role as a liaison between, and partner to, high-performing teams of accounting & FP&A professionals at a growing technology company. Your responsibilities will include monthly and quarterly financial reporting, internal control management, process improvement as well as budgeting and forecasting to support our continued growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee accurate and timely distribution of financial reporting, including Board, Lender, and Management packages.
  • Lead project management and finance/accounting diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Manage key service provider relationships (auditors, banks, valuation firms, payroll providers, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, a best-in-class monthly close process, and scalable reporting operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive corporate governance, compliance, ethical standards, and sustainable business practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally with a multinational technology company.
  • Big 4 public accounting background (preferred).
  • Implemented scalable processes and systems in high-growth corporate environments.
  • Managed financial reporting under global GAAP standards, including technical memo writing.
  • Delivered successful outcomes in mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations.
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility, business judgment, and strong analytical skills.
