In this crucial role, you will lead financial accounting and master data initiatives within a Shared Service Center. Your leadership will ensure precise financial reporting and adherence to governance standards, facilitating business transformation and collaboration across functions. You will make impactful decisions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the organization's success, fostering a high-performance culture and guiding your team to excellence. \n Accountabilities Lead and develop Financial Accounting and Master Data teams, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture. Oversee financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. Ensure general ledger integrity, balance sheet quality, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Oversee master data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approval workflows. Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across accounting and master data processes. Act as a key point of contact for Finance & Controlling and other business stakeholders. Support audits, transitions, and finance transformation initiatives. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; 5–8 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Master Data, or SSC environments; 2–3+ years of people management experience in a multi-country, multi-entity setup; Strong hands-on experience with SAP (FI/SD/MM/CO) and Master Data modules; Solid knowledge of IFRS / local GAAP, financial controls, and period-end closing; Experience with master data governance, approval workflows, and process controls; Background in process transitions, migrations, or finance transformation projects; Strong Excel skills and confidence working with MS Office; Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
