JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department with various reporting and analysis tasks to help drive informed business decisions, as well as enhancing and further developing our tracking and reporting systems already in place. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, performance tracking, and cost analysis. This role involves working and presenting across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data is available for business stakeholders.

• Monthly Division and Regional Reporting: Compile and analyze financial data for monthly zone reports ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monthly Travel and Expense (T&E) Reporting: Manage and prepare monthly T&E reports, including the analysis of spending trends and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Month-End Reporting: Assist with month-end close procedures ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
• Divisional KPIs & Dashboards: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), creating and maintaining dashboards to provide real-time insights into performance metrics.
• Tracking and Reporting System Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing financial tracking and reporting systems, implementing process improvements and automation tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data accessibility across departments utilizing Excel and PowerBI.
• Cost of Sales Reporting: Analyze and report on the cost of sales, providing detailed insights into profitability and identifying trends or anomalies in production and sales costs.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making. Create and give engaging presentations across departments to maintain consistent communication of financial data.
• Data Storytelling and Visualization: Leverage financial data to create compelling visual narratives that translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor?s in finance, accounting, data analytics, or another related field
• Three (3) years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
• Experience in advanced data analytics and financial modeling
• Experience presenting to all levels within an organization
• Experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
• Advanced Excel software experience including report development
• Ability to be proactive, decisive, objective, adaptable, and flexible
• Ability to work well on a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability and willingness to travel to other sites as needed (approx. 5%)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4)+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
• Master?s of Business Administration or another related field
• Experience using Business Intelligence software, such as Power BI
• Experience with Acumatica, Velixo, or another ERP system.
• Experience developing/creating dashboards and KPIs
• Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with OSHA or other safety reporting
