OUR COMPANY OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS, INCLUDING: * Generous Paid Time Off * Competitive Medical, Dental & other wellness programs * Disability and Life Company Paid * Retirement Plan Options * Generous Employee Purchase Discounts Pay Range: $76,000 - $109,000 What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams to inform financial forecasts and budget details. * Partner with global Finance teams to support earnings process and system administration; experience with OneStream and PowerBI a plus. * Responsible for the creation and maintenance of large financial models for accurate forecasting and reporting. * Demonstrates a strong understanding of how individual tasks align with business goals and initiatives. * Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate implications and key takeaways. * Create ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and provide insights to department leaders. * Drives departmental process improvement and efficiencies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You’ll Need (Qualifications): * Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting. * Minimum 3 years of related experience. * Strong technical skills and knowledge of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows from bottom up.
