SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

This role requires a highly analytical person with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative data, create meaningful reports, and make sound business recommendations to management. A collaborative problem-solver, he/she will understand the numbers and the broader business context around them. Effective communication with cross functional team, specifically finance and operations is key for success.

• Query and analyze data for vehicle related processes
• Develops, tracks, and reports on division and relevant agency KPIs
• Develop automated solutions for analysis around important operational needs
• Assist in the development of financial projections including the annual budget, gathering the necessary information/backup, and presenting the results
• Analyze financial results and variances and prepare various internal financial reports
• Ensure financial integrity by reviewing financial statements and performing analysis to identify errors and explain variances.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators and related metrics to drive analytics throughout the organization
• Participate in monthly closing process and identify and investigate material variances
• Strong modelling skills, identifying key drivers, and leading indicators
• Measures margin trends and analyze variances to budget
• Power BI implementation, development, and reporting
• Support Operation teams with reviewing system entries
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc reporting as assigned
• Build cooperative working relationships with stakeholders & be a process partner for the business
