A Day in Your Life at MKS: As the Sr Financial Analyst overseeing supply chain data analytics and PowerBI reporting, you will partner with Supply Chain leadership, BU leads, and finance colleagues to provide in-depth financial analysis, clearly identifying risks, opportunities, and key opportunities for growth. You Will Make an Impact By: Driving Financial data analytics and reporting via PowerBI: Material Cost tracking and standard cost updates. Driving PowerBI adoption in Supply chain and Business Units. Maintaining analytics tools to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data. Collaborating with IT on continuous improvement plans for more efficient and deeper analysis. Ensuring user (finance, buyers, planners, supply chain management, general management) requirements are met and continually seeking suggested enhancements for data analysis tools. Creating influential reports that will help make decision-making more efficient, and easier to identify opportunities which add value to MKS financial results. Good communication skills with all stakeholders in the company, understanding the needs related to the business. Must have professional communication skills to express complex ideas in simple terms and to communicate comfortably with key stakeholders and higher-level management. Skills You Bring: Bachelors’ degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting 5+ years of experience in Finance Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Advanced Data base and front-end analytics tools (PowerBI, Qlikview, and Tableau) ERP experience, Oracle preferred. Proactive approach & a self-starter, hands on & able to adapt quickly to change, able to absorb new things quickly. Natural curiosity. Required Skills: PowerBI and other data management tools Business analysis preferably in multinational corporations. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand Must be able to exchange accurate information The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) Operates in a professional office environment Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery Noise level in the work environment is usually average This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our location in Andover MA.
