Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Analyze corporate financial results and forecasts for Emerson Fisher Mexico, identifying key performance drivers and trends. * Provide gross profit analysis of forecasts / actuals and research variances. * Prepare clear communication for actual results compared to budgets and forecasts for all levels of management. * Prepare both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis. * Update monthly and quarterly forecasts results based upon most recent information and expectations. * Lead and prepare process for annual budget and cost implosion. * HFM workload for POR quarterly and annual reports. * Prepare Corporate exhibits and annual reports. * Prepare plant scorecard reports * Coordinate Journal entry local processes. * Banking structure coordination. * Work on special projects as required, both structured and unstructured. Financial Reporting & Compliance * Analyze financial reports in accordance with MEXGAAP standards. * Prepare annual financial reports and notes for MEXGAAP books’ requirements. * Prepare and coordinate process for annual Statutory reports. * Prepare reports for annual Fiscal Opinion. Manage capital budget * Coordinate capital investment decisions with sites, support preparation of appropriation requests, track capital plans and budgets. Who You Are: * A collaborative professional who works effectively across teams. * A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear insights. * A resourceful problem-solver who builds trust through integrity and accountability. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance or financial analysis role. * Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. * Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar financial consolidation tools. * Data analytics skills. * Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
