Role reports to: Global Functions Senior Manager Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, Manila, Taguig Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the strategic financial leader and trusted business partner to the Asia Pacific Leaders for Legal & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Finance and Growth Functions. This role will be responsible to perform and lead the FP&A processes related to Actual Reporting and Forecasting results for the Asia Pacific Leaders for Legal & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Finance and Growth Functions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing financial efficiencies and delivering actionable insight that support the long-term goals and value creation for Kenvue. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan and quarterly forecast updates, ensuring financial commitments are met and aligned with enterprise priorities Conduct Regional Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis to identify key variances and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement in financial performance in partnership with regional peers and business partners Proactively assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and unlock growth potential Business Partnership and Decision Support Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and analytics to guide data-driven decision-making Deliver advanced financial modeling and decision-support analytics for complex projects, including capital expenditure initiatives and enterprise transformation efforts Financial Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement of existing processes through standardization practices, improved analytics, and implementing/supporting new technology solutions What we are looking for Required Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with a preference in Finance or Accounting MBA and/or CPA, CMA are preferred A minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience required Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required; ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information and compose written material for business purposes in English Prior financial planning and analysis experience is preferred Excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), as well as conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and to recommend and implement operational improvements Proven track record to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, drive action, resolve conflict, and influence decisions.
