Job Description: The Senior Financial Analyst of Global Television Distribution is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis of NBCUniversal’s television product distributed in the US and Canada markets. In this role, the SFA will support the development and analysis of revenue budgets and forecasts. This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Sales team, Sales Administration, Television Planning Groups and Information Technology. Responsibilities Manage revenue planning activities for domestic clients, working directly with Sales organization to maintain budgets in Salesforce and Dealsite Create and maintain deep deal analysis/financial models for domestic deals Analyze financial results against prior plan/forecasts including providing detailed by-title variance analysis and summarizing financial results Understand licensing and distribution agreements, assessing financial impact of deals Oversee development and update of Television ultimates, including presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders Participate in quarter close process, including tracking and review of revenue recognition within SAP; validating and reconciling to ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely data Assist with preparation of monthly executive summary decks including supporting documents for senior management Performs ad-hoc financial analyses to support senior management decisions and initiatives The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above descriptions and may be modified at any time by the Department or NBCUniversal Qualifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in performing quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modelling Proficient Microsoft Excel (formulas & pivot tables) Desired Characteristics: Solid analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to manipulate high volumes of data Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve unique and challenging issues/concerns independently Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Team player with interpersonal ability to work with others and collaborate to achieve goals Possesses high level of personal and professional integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills Entertainment industry knowledge preferred Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
