Description Job Summary: The Sr. Financial Analyst / Manager Finance Analytics will be responsible for updating and maintaining the project, corridor and portfolio financial models for the organization. Their most imperative responsibility will be to screen sites using a propriety model, then utilize a proprietary project finance model to produce full monthly level financials for each location. This role will interface with all functions of the organization to actively support the speed of decision making as well as the creation and presentation of investment memos for Finance Advisory Committee and the Board. Job Details: Develop and maintain preliminary screening and full financial models for Greenlane. Includes site/project screening, full project finance, and corporate models. Complete understanding and effective communication of financial drivers for capital projects, with debt, IRA tax incentives, grant and market incentives, and private equity scenarios. Able to understand financial impacts and respectfully challenge assumptions for all financial model inputs to value optimize projects, corridors and the portfolio. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of investment memos for each capital project. Expected to participate in the presentation and any revisions to the Finance Advisory Committee as well as the Board (as needed). Develop and maintain guided analytics models in tool(s) utilizing disparate data sources to create dashboards, reporting and guided analytics for superusers and leadership to test assumptions, run scenarios and evaluate profitability and performance of projects throughout project and corporate lifecycle. Produce integrated financials for project(s), corridor(s) and the portfolio. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or equivalent. MBA highly encouraged. 8+ years of creating and maintaining financial models for capital project development and analysis. Mastery of Excel – SQL, Macros, advanced formulas and functions for complete financial analysis Can create and maintain guided analytics utilizing specific software and tools: prefer Spotfire or Business Objects Experience in EV transportation, renewable energy, or electricity markets (regulated and deregulated) highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Location/Travel: This role is remote. Occasional travel required (less than 5%) Other: The nature of this role is sedentary work with repetitive motion including substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
