The
Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting
Notified’s
FP&A team. The Sr Financial Analyst is expected to collaborate with finance and business teams to understand underlying performance drivers, and to deliver timely, accurate business performance reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be a key partner in the annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecasting processes.
Location: NYC Office 28 Liberty Street, New York, NY
This role is Hybrid. This role offers in-person collaboration 3 days a week, and the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant financial planning experience in a corporate environment
• Strong financial analysis skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle ad hoc responsibilities
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience a must
• Knowledge of Oracle, SmartView, TM1 a plus
  Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The starting pay for this position in New York City will be between $90,000 - 120,000 annually.

• Produce, maintain, and help automate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables for key stakeholders

• Partner with business to support the annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecasting process for all aspects of the DM P&L (Revenue, COS, SG&A)

• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets or

  forecasts, and
  provide explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and ensure financial forecasting.

• Support business decision making thru various ad-hoc analysis utilizing financial modeling skills

• Work with financial leaders on various tasks to support overall financial department, metrics and goals.
