This is what we live for.   Orbia - Global Functions is seeking a full-time Senior Financial Analyst for planning and performance management based in the USA (Remote).   The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting global planning processes, global performance review reporting and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of the Board of Director presentation. the role involves overseeing coordination between Orbia and Business Group Finance teams. This includes managing the analytical processes related to planning and performance, ensuring alignment across global finance teams, and supporting data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes.   Main Responsibilities   Support the coordination and preparation of the quarterly Board of Director presentation Support the global planning processes (i.e. Budget, forecasts, momentum view, etc), including the development, implementation or tracking of drivers, timelines, and standard reporting Analyze financial information to identify opportunities and present insights in a structured way (story telling) using data visualization and financial reporting tools Interpret and analyze financial metrics, including the preparation of financial models to support target setting, planning and growth opportunities Monitor and analyze financial KPIs in order to provide recommendations to improve business results Analyze working capital and generate recommendations to optimize, including impact on business cash flow Analyze monthly performance results and prepare consolidated commentary Support the monthly Orbia reporting process including analysis of performance results and preparing consolidated commentary Support Orbia System Analytics team in developing standardized reporting Support Orbia Functional Cost team with all planning processes Contribute to finance transformation through continued improvement of driver-based planning Prepare consolidated reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including ad-hoc variance and presentation analysis   Skills Required   7+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in FP&A or 2+ years of experience as a Sr Financial Analyst in FP&A Experience with SAP Consolidation tools (i.e. CFIN, BW) or similar tools Experience with financial, analytical & reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud a plus) Understanding of financial KPI metrics Strong business acumen Understanding of management reporting Effectively communicate amongst a complex matrix organization Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint Understanding of financial reporting methods (IFRS, GAAP) Understanding of reporting systems and consolidation to analyze data for internal stakeholders   The compensation for this position will typically range from $102,000 - $130,000/yr. The actually base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.   The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
