POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst will lead critical financial planning and analysis functions, working closely with the Finance Committee, school leadership, and Board of Directors to drive fiscal accountability and support strategic initiatives. This role demands both precision and vision—balancing technical expertise with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
· Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Blackbaud)
· Demonstrated success supporting executive-level decision making Ideal Candidate

· Budgeting & Forecasting
· Lead development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets
· Provide rolling forecasts and multi-year financial models to support planning
· Project Finance & Strategic Support o Analyze financial viability of school projects, partnerships, and grants
