Sr. Financial Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Miami, Florida in the BLUE LAGOON area. This role operates within the food distribution industry, where the successful candidate will be expected to use their skills in Business Systems, CRM, Expert Excel, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, SG& A expenses, SAP, and Power BI. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, and the role is a permanent position.

• Perform comprehensive Accounting Functions including financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial procedures and reports.
• Oversee the organization’s Budget Processes, including budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis.
• Use SAP software for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Leverage Power BI for dynamic data visualization and decision-making support.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• BACHELORS IS REQUIRED in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience with expert level EXCEL A MUST!
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable reconciliatons
• Demonstrated experience in Auditing, ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Proven expertise in SG& E Expense
• Working knowledge of SAP software for business operations and customer relations.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish a MUST
• Preference on candidates that have worked in affiliated industry like retail. food, or logistics
• Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and data visualization preferred
