Job Description: Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)
Duration: 4 Month Contract (potential for extension)
Location: Mississauga, ON (Only 2 days/week onsite required, 3 days remote)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Communication Skills: Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in similar FP& A roles, with a history of delivering high-impact projects.
Accountability: Proactive approach to driving outcomes and gathering information to ensure deliverables are completed.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional designation (CPA, CA, CFA) is preferred .

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to lead data consolidation, financial analysis, and external audit support. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver results, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consolidate data from sales, supply chain, and other internal departments within the organization.
Perform key financial analyses, including margin analysis, to support decision-making.
Support external audits by ensuring accurate and timely reporting across departments.
Develop and present actionable insights in an executive-summary format.
Act as a business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting needs and deadlines.
Drive accountability by actively following up on outstanding items and ensuring completion of deliverables.
