Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the consolidation of financial results and metrics for global internal manufacturing and third-party sources of supply. This support is focused on the financial cycle including month-end closing, forecasting and annual budget processes. Responsibilities Consolidate and report global production variances, inventory and/or functional overheads. Create and maintain data warehouse for global operations results primarily utilizing a spreadsheet application. Consolidate operations costs in support of annual budget plan and forecast cycles. Maintain templates for plant reporting including purchase price variances, review submissions for compliance and accuracy, consolidate results and projections including inventory and capital. Report key metrics to internal customers via dashboards or other communication methods. Support other ad hoc financial requests as required. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Including use of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas). Manufacturing background with experience in production variance analysis and standard costs. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, communicate, and engage actively with business partners. Ability to work well both individually and in a cross-functional environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to tie out multiple files. Capable of analyzing large amounts of data, compressing it to key highlights and communicating results. Ability to utilize multiple ERPs, consolidation systems and tools such as SAP CFIN, SAP Analytics Cloud. Capacity to be flexible & work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment. Total Rewards Package The salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00/Yr. - USD $105,000.00/Yr. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
