Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports. Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis. Ensure seamless integration of financial systems and drive process improvement initiatives. Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead and mentor finance team members, promoting professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role. Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling. Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks. Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
