POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Sr Foodservice Equipment Sales Executive reports to the Vice President -Contract Sales
  • Located in Houston Texas
  • Full-Time
  • Remote within Houston Texas
    The Sr. Foodservice Equipment Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and hunting sales opportunities within the foodservice industry in this un- capped commission eligible position. This role requires a deep understanding of foodservice equipment, kitchen layout and operations, coupled with the ability to provide expert consultation and tailored solutions to clients. The salesperson will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Must have previous foodservice equipment sales experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on equipment selection, layout, and functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including restaurant operations, kitchen layouts, and equipment functionality.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the foodservice or related industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage sales pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and interpretation of technical specifications, blueprints, and installation requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
  • Minimum of 4 – 8 years of experience in equipment sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and objectives

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
