In this role, you will transform complex financial data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across the company. Partnering with various departments, you'll own the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring the organization remains agile and growth-ready. This role demands a proactive mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders to help shape the financial future of the business. \n Accountabilities Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department leaders. Build and enhance financial models, including scenario analysis and long-range planning. Prepare monthly performance reporting, highlighting KPIs, variance analysis, and key insights. Act as a trusted finance partner, providing insights into financial performance and decision-making. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital planning alongside the VP of Finance. Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools as the business scales. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Requirements 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance in a high-growth environment. Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence decisions without authority. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
