KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Business Partnering:- Collaborate and support the Senior Finance Manager and Group Manager to act as reliable business partners within the organization.- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to align financial goals with operational objectives.- Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, cost-saving opportunities, and resource allocation.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams like commercial, IT and HR. ● Financial Planning and Forecasting:- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.- Ensure alignment between financial targets and business objectives.- Continuously update forecasts based on business changes and market conditions.● Financial Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.- Provide actionable insights into financial results and performance metrics.- Prepare regular financial reports for senior leadership, including variance analysis and commentary.● System maintenance- Managed system uploads and maintenance to support closing and forecasting activities.- Served as a key user for SAP system enhancement and improvement initiatives. ● Process Improvement:- Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting and forecasting. Automate routine tasks where possible to free up time for value-added analysis.
