We are seeking highly motivated and experienced IT Manager of Digital Services and Engineering to lead the development and delivery of our digital services and engineering initiatives. This critical role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution partnering with the Digital Business Product Team, ensuring the creation and maintenance of innovation, scalable, and reliable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities and a passion for driving digital transformation through engineering innovation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on digital services and engineering is preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development, system architecture, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex digital projects from inception to completion.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Innovation: A passion for innovation and staying current with technological advancements.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and strategies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
