What's the role about? You will design and build scalable, high-traffic web apps, optimize performance, and ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and standards. You’ll collaborate across teams, integrate APIs, uphold accessibility and security, support CI/CD workflows, and guide technical strategy. You’ll stay current with modern tools—including AI-driven solutions—while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture. What do we require from you? 5+ years of front-end experience (3+ with React and Next.js), plus a CS degree or equivalent experience Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (CSS Modules, Styled-Components, Tailwind) Strong knowledge of advanced Next.js features (SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router) and state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Skilled in performance optimization (Lighthouse, Web Vitals), testing (Jest, RTL), and Git/Gitflow workflows Proficient integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with solid understanding of Agile, TDD, and DevOps practices Bonus: Experience with Netlify/Azure deployments, Headless CMS, Shopify, cloud platforms, full-stack Next.js, and AI-assisted dev tools Some of our Perks: Salary in USD. 100% Remote 25 days of Paid Time Off per year. 8-hour workday, with flexible hours.
