You’ll own key technical decisions and collaborate closely with product, design, and platform teams to build scalable features and ensure high performance across our iOS and Android apps. You’ll influence architecture, drive engineering best practices, and mentor teammates to raise the bar on code quality, reliability, and execution. Your work will directly impact how customers access care, manage their health, and engage with our platform. Responsibilities and Duties Design scalable, maintainable mobile and frontend solutions with minimal rework and clear documentation. Break down complex problems into actionable implementation plans and guide architectural decisions aligned with long-term strategy. Define and implement robust observability (e.g., monitoring, logging, alerting) alongside key KPIs and SLOs to ensure system reliability and performance. Act as a technical owner for key systems, driving execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring long-term reliability and impact. Own code quality through thoughtful reviews, maintainable architecture, and proactive technical debt reduction. Ensure robust test coverage and implement testing strategies across critical user flows. Balance feature delivery with ongoing system maintenance, scalability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery to define MVPs, validate feasibility, and drive customer-centric solutions. Coordinate with backend, data, and platform teams for seamless integrations and aligned execution. Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design, testing, CI/CD, and team rituals. Drive continuous improvement in squad workflows, tooling, and development practices. Qualifications and Skills 7–8+ years of experience delivering production-grade software solutions in Mobile or Frontend roles. Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, including React, React Native, Next.js, and GraphQL. Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile technologies and web performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity through iterative experimentation. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and driving high-impact solutions from concept through execution. You take ownership of key systems in your squad, championing reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
