JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer with deep experience in designing, developing, and architecting GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP/NLU, prompt engineering, and cloud-native GenAI tooling, with a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

9+ years in software development / AI / ML roles
4+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs / Transformer-based models
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, LLMOps, or Vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
Strong understanding of ML architectures, inference pipelines, and model optimization
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ML Ops pipelines
Strong background in software and AI architecture design

Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions across various business domains
Architect scalable and modular GenAI platforms using best-in-class tools and practices
Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, Anthropic, Cohere) using custom datasets
Develop APIs and pipelines for model inference, evaluation, and integration
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and enterprise architects to ensure production readiness
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence
Ensure compliance with AI ethics, model governance, and security standards
