Job Summary: As a General Ledger Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for monitoring general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy of data, and maintaining our books of accounts. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and update general ledger accounts and schedules on a monthly basis. Reconcile fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Record and reconcile revenue from platform sales. Analyze transaction details for accuracy. Post and clear goods and invoice receipts. Prepare journal entries and accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP and company policies. Value inventory for destruction to BIR. Maintain comprehensive documentation and backup for all financial records. Assist with auditor inquiries and participate in ad hoc projects. Continuously seek process improvements and implement changes in collaboration with management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Accounting Technology. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of general ledger experience. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with SAP accounting system. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Competence in coaching and developing team members.
