Cornerstone Relocation Group (CRG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Global Compensation Analyst! The Sr. Global Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the global compensation daily programs. This includes, but not limited to reporting strategies, facilitating transactional activities, analyzing and evaluating processes, and reviewing ways the practice can improve service offerings. Additionally, you will be expected to identify trends and/or process improvements and take ownership of all operations-focused tasks including daily compensation activities outsourcing and auditing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high schooldiploma/G.E.D. or equivalent with a minimum 6 years of experience in related area)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in global mobility or payroll with a broad understandingof operational activities.
  • Global personal income tax and/or payroll tax experience or awareness.
  • Demonstrated understanding of integration between PeopleSoft HR, OHR, payroll,benefits, and /or expat administration
  • Strong Experience in Excel or other management reporting tools
  • Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategy for the compensation reporting processes globally; ensure timely delivery of compensation data to identified stakeholders and/or systems.
  • Identify, analyze and drive strong internal process improvements and controls for Global Mobility Services and global compensation reporting.
  • Liaise with Information Technology for validation of system requirements and solutions.
  • Support the operational requirements for tax reporting prep, data file process and tool/system and drive process improvements.
  • Develop broad knowledge of processing procedures to ensure successful execution.
  • Participate in issue resolution for complex processing issues for internal and external customers while promoting best practices
  • Work collaboratively across internal departments and establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate as a SME in process improvement projects and new client implementations with a focus on customer satisfaction and standardization.
  • Organize and lead a client(s) Year End conference calls and agendas.
  • Third-level audit of complex cost estimates requiring proficient tax knowledge.
  • Ability to demonstrate accountability for individual and/or team results. Accountable for accuracy of information provided to other professionals and management.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions (internal and external)
  • Manage external outsourced resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cost estimates, reporting and other activities.
  • Participate in client and prospect presentations to present services, solution requirements and promote capabilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and client directed tax providers and other suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
