Key Accountabilities: 1. Seeking opportunities for business development within government and other assigned sectors. 2. Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend. 3. Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements. 4. Liaising with Government Departments for resolving problems from time to time. 5. Handling Emirati and other Arab customers to sort out any concerns. 6. Assisting sales staff for negotiating bulk deals and tenders with the Government and major fleet Companies. 7. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management. Knowledge Skills and Experience: • Graduate in Sales/Marketing/Public Relations/Business Management or related field. • Must have Business Development experience in B2B setup. • Excellent business relationship management skills. • Strong business acumen. • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. • Expert level written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
