Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of Head of Resources Management, the direct supervision of the Resources Management Officer (Grants & Compliance), the  functional supervision of the National Grants and Compliance Officer and in close coordination with relevant Units at Country Office, the Sr. Grants & Compliance Associate - CBI will be responsible and accountable for supporting institutional compliance processes in line with IOM rules, regulations and policies. This will be achieved through regular cross-functional reporting on compliance-related issues of concern, addressing recommendations made in external and internal audits, and other internal and external Organization-wide reviews. The incumbent will support the implementation and application of grant policies and procedures in compliance with established accounting standards, IOM’s and donors’ rules and regulations, and legal requirements to support high-quality programme implementation. 
Responsibilities
The Sr. Grants & Compliance Associate will support institutional compliance processes by reporting on compliance issues, addressing audit recommendations, and ensuring grant policies align with IOM rules, donor regulations, and legal requirements to facilitate high-quality program implementation.
