This multi-faceted team brings together mechanical, systems, electrical measurement, robotics, software, UX and data informatics to deliver high performance automation and build high tech medical device products on a global scale. Where you come in: You will lead cross functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root cause understanding Will be hands on with advanced manufacturing machine automation to investigate and troubleshoot issues You will design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes that will improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs Perform equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure equipment meets specifications, performance, regulatory, and business requirements You will collaborate across groups including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Process Engineering to bring the best possible experience to Dexcom patients Write instructions and provide training and coaching to technicians and operations on best practices, new and existing procedures You will be part of a diverse and multicultural organization that works with a global team that has members from around the world What makes you successful: Your experience developing machine automation, test methods, validation standards and manufacturing processes You use of analytical tools like Structured Problem Solving or DMAIC to drive continuous improvement You have deep knowledge of PLC software, HMI software and machine visions systems You have a total system perspective to create high performance solutions where mechanical, electrical and software components interact with people Your flexibility in a fast-changing environment and ability to prioritize projects while maintaining timelines You are detail oriented and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills You bring experience with equipment design, design validation, new equipment introduction, or high-volume manufacturing ramp What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
