Responsibilities

The Sr. HR Business Partner is a new position on our People & Culture Team that provides front-line support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters across all areas in multiple business units.
Using a consultative approach, the Sr. HRBP supports the 24/7 manufacturing operations in areas of employee and Labour-relations, short/long-term attendance management, workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary action, policy development and implementation, terminations, recruitment & selection and payroll & benefits administration.
Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will oversee the HR function across three manufacturing plants in Ontario, including one unionized plant. This role requires a strategic HR leader with experience in union and non-union environments, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, training and development and compensation. The Senior HRBP will collaborate closely with VP of HR, plant leadership, the HR Tean and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
