YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market teams as we continue to grow and expand in our European markets. Your role is to bridge business strategy and talent initiatives, ensuring that our people decisions align with our Employee Experience and drive business performance at Mollie. Whether you are designing a new HR initiative, coaching a leader to support their team, or providing insights into the latest quarterly People domain metrics, the core of your role is to maximize outcomes for our Mollies to drive business success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong thought partnerships and coaching to our senior leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into a People Roadmap—with a key emphasis on the overall employee experience, taking into account country-specific needs given the diverse geographical spread of our Commercial senior leaders.
- Act as a talent expert by shaping our performance philosophy, leading talent planning processes, and equipping leaders with insights to make informed decisions.
- Utilize strong organizational development expertise to embed our newly designed operating model.
- Serve as the key link between the business and the broader People team, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across COEs (Operations, Reward, Learning, and Places).
- Dive into data, surfacing insights to our business leaders so they can make better-informed people decisions. Identify any HR issues or trends and work with the right people to find a solution.
