The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on HRBP to support our growing organization. This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys variety, partnership with leadership, and owing a broad range of HR responsibilities in a small company environment. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the HRBP will support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle while helping build scalable people practices as we grow. Requirements What You’ll Do: ? Partner with leaders to support performance management, employee engagement, and team development ? Be a trusted go-to for employee relations, coaching, and workplace guidance ? Build and improve scalable HR processes and documentation as we grow ? Support compensation benchmarking and pay practices ? Evolve performance review and feedback approach to keep it practical and meaningful ? Own core HR operations, including maintaining and updating employee handbook, policies, and procedures ? Support audits, reporting, and HR documentation when needed ? Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws ? Jump into HR projects and initiatives that support culture, growth, and operational excellence What You’ll Bring: ? Bilingual in English and Spanish ? Genuine interest in food, health, and wellness ? 5+ years of HR experience with a broad generalist background ? Solid knowledge of employment laws (CA and NY) and HR best practices ? Clear communicator with strong judgement and relationship-building skills ?
