We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner in the Utrecht region for an international company. This is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to drive the People strategy and make a meaningful impact on the growth and wellbeing of the teams across Europe.
You’ll work at a strategic level with a diverse and young workforce, ensuring that the culture thrives while the talent stays engaged and inspired. This role calls for strong leadership, deep knowledge of Dutch labor law, and the skill to adapt and apply global HR policies in a way that fits locally. Your focus will be on building cultural alignment, retaining great talent, and fostering an environment where people can do their best work.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director for Europe, you’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in other international offices. Locally, you’ll have responsibility for a team of around 100 employees and lead two direct reports: a Recruiter and Office Manager who will support you in delivering an exceptional employee experience.
