As our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be supporting our amazing employees and leaders, driving engagement, and helping us grow stronger every day.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
8+ years of HR experience across multiple areas, especially in manufacturing.
PHR certification (preferred)
Deep knowledge of HR laws, systems, and best practices.
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
You’re organized and detail-oriented
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and walking through the facility with PPE.

• Lead recruiting efforts from start to finish (interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientation.)

Solve complex employee relations and coach leaders through performance conversations.

• Build strong relationships by being present: walking the floor, attending events, and listening.

Drive retention and engagement strategies that make work more meaningful and fun.

• ️ Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws (FMLA, ADA, OSHA).

Design and deliver impactful training programs on everything from DEI to leadership development.

• Manage claims, exit interviews, and sensitive documentation with care and confidentiality.
