Reports To: HR Manager
As our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be supporting our amazing employees and leaders, driving engagement, and helping us grow stronger every day.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
8+ years of HR experience across multiple areas, especially in manufacturing.
PHR certification (preferred)
Deep knowledge of HR laws, systems, and best practices.
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
You’re organized and detail-oriented
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and walking through the facility with PPE.
