We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, headhunting, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in both tech and non-tech roles, Blue Collar and White Collar).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Headhunt niche profiles and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness).
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hiring.
