ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive Sr. HR Experience Partner to support the delivery of HR programs that enhance the employee experience. In this business facing role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a client-service mindset and bring a collaborative approach, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to grow their expertise across the HR function.

YOU HAVE

  • 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP or Talent professional.
  • Exposure to basic Total Rewards and compensation practices.
  • Experience supporting HR program delivery and employee experience initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and how HR can support organizational goals.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience working in complex or matrixed environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
