JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in HRIS and ATS systems. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyse data effectively. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supervising HR staff, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, demonstrating strong supervisory skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes using ATS tools such as Taleo is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources management is essential. Responsibilities
