UNIQUE SKILLS:
This position will be an onsite position at our Westfield location and be responsible for managing a team of around 400 employees (exempt/non-exempt). This is a mid-level HR generalist role with emphasis in employee relations and investigations.
Required:
Ablility to work collaboratively and possess excellent verbal and written communications
Experience handling employee relations situations and investigations
*Related experience is defined as experience in a HR Business Partner/Generalist or related role *
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years of related HR experience. Other PHR preferred.
Position Purpose:
Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. This role supports the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business. This role is responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions. This position will support part(s) of functional groups that are comparatively large in size or high complexity.
