POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Human Resources Technician provides technical and administrative support related to a variety of Human Resources services. Able to deliver HR services in all functional areas; including orientation, employee communications, learning and organizational development, performance management, employee relations, hiring, progressive disciplinary actions, terminations, benefits, compensation, leave administration and compliance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. Certification in Human Resource Management and/or 3+ years of course work related to Business Management or Human Resources 2. A minimum of 7+ years of responsible administrative, secretarial/clerical and management experience in a Human Resources setting 3. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in ADP Systems with HR, Payroll and Timekeeping 4. Proficient in Word and Excel 5. Strong background in Benefit Administration 6.
