Description

The Sr. HRIS Analyst will serve on the Oracle HCM Cloud HRIS team and provide valuable insight to the configuration and design of the system. You will specialize in continuous process and systems improvements for the global Human Resources (HR) organization. As a member of the HRIS team, you will interact closely with HR business groups globally including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Benefits, and Compensation, and other internal and external partners. This individual will focus on functional and technical foundational work related to our HR applications and strategic projects impacting Human Resources globally.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or other related field Required or equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • HRIS Analyst or HR Applications Development experience
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, especially Core HR and Recruiting Cloud
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools
  • Candidates with experience in using Artificial Intelligence for internal process automation will be given preference

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of entire HR Business Life Cycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be flexible in work hours and changing workload

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational support to the global user community for the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud (ORC) applications
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine a root cause and recommend / implement solutions
  • Manage application setup and configuration in support of enhancements to provide additional functionality
  • Lead testing and verification efforts for quarterly production releases, executing unit test plans and verifying business user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Develop documentation and end user training materials
  • Review of quarterly cloud releases and associated testing activities
  • Facilitates system enhancements by assessing requests, scoping requirements, potential solutions, and effectuating the delivery and documentation of agreed-upon solutions.
  • Configures, tests, audits, reports, troubleshoots and provides technical user support and integrations.
  • Configures, recommends, tests and maintain systems with complex business rules, formulas and workflows within core applications.
  • Continually monitors departmental information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
  • Collaborates with HRIS staff in resolving programming and related problems.
  • Develops and maintains OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics reports
  • Deploys Oracle HCM Fusion AI tools

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
