BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This role is part of our HRIS team and is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures, and systems. This role supports the daily operation of Oracle HCM through the evaluation and analysis of HR systems and business processes while maintaining accurate HR data.
The successful candidate will: set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in written, verbal and personal actions in any situation; seek new knowledge and experiences; focus on the smallest of details and understand how they relate to overall system performance and business processes. They will understand that both the technical and user-facing sides of the system is imperative and have an in-depth knowledge of HR-related software and databases. This role performs under the Manager of HRIS.
