Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in HSE management functions and exposure on construction safety for Oil & Gas projects with at least last 5 years in similar HSE senior position for projects in reputable oil & gas Companies or EPIC Contractors
• Deep knowledge of international standards in Occupational health, Safety and Environmental Management System
• Experience in developing HSE related project plans, philosophies and specifications
• Deep knowledge in HSE Studies, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Sustainability and Environmental Impact Assessments (including Waste minimization), Project HSE Risk Registers, etc.
• Expert knowledge of Process Safety Management, Management of Change, Barrier Management, Bow-Tie analysis, etc.
• Trained in any of the Incident Investigation Software (e.g. Taproot, SafetyCulture, EasyRCA, Tripod Beta, etc.)
• Expert in conducting Incident investigation, reviewing and learning from HSE incidents
• Extensive leadership skills to manage project and Contractor HSE teams to achieve a high-performance level
• Competent in Microsoft Office and any other relevant software such SharePoint, SAP, MS Teams, etc.
• Proficient in technical English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the GCC is desirable
