Visa sponsorship is not available for this role SUMMARY At PetSmart, our Human Capital Solutions team plays a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide talent strategies through data-driven insights. We're seeking a Senior Human Capital Analyst who brings deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for influencing organizational outcomes. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders across HR and the business to deliver high-impact analytics that inform decisions on culture, belonging, and workforce strategy. What You’ll Do Lead advanced analytics initiatives that support strategic HR programs and enterprise goals. Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence senior leadership decisions. Deliver insights from employee listening surveys and provide recommendations that shape engagement strategies. Deliver human resource data analytics and insights that supports talent processes and outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure data integrity across internal and external sources, enabling confident decision-making. Continuously evolve reporting tools and dashboards to meet the needs of a dynamic organization. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, finance, mathematics, statistics, HR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or a business strategy context. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; experience with query tools and coding (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences. A strategic mindset with a passion for using data to drive organizational change.
